Wowzers! We are in October and it still feels like summer.
Reading- We have finished Love That Dog and the students loved it! We have finished publishing our poems and they are going to be on display in the hall way. We are now moving on to learning how to research (which I love to do myself and hopefully the students will too).
Writing- We continue to work on our fictional narrative writing and almost at the point of publishing our work. We have worked diligently on our story arc.
Grammar- Synonyms and Antonyms are becoming our friends and will continue to be as the week progresses.
Social Studies- We are into Studies Weekly 3 and learning about the American Revolution. We will test on this next week.
